Website assistant

Questions entered into the Rennix website assistant are used to generate a response. Verified product and deployment questions may be answered directly by the website. Broader questions may be processed by a configured AI service provider. The website keeps limited conversation history in your browser session and is not designed to retain full assistant conversations on the Rennix server. Provider handling may be subject to that provider’s terms. Do not submit confidential, personal, medical, security, or proprietary information through the assistant.

Technical information

Our hosting and security systems may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and error or security events. The contact form may use an essential, short-lived session cookie to limit automated abuse.

How information is used
